What is stress?

Unnatural states into which the organism presents in the process of deviation some ecological factor.

Stresses can be negative or positive. Stress has two effects

· Adequate stress instigates of organism increase of body adaptation
· Too much stress oppresses activities of organism

When is stress situation repeats and the organism can it successfully master organism is adapted. Example is this essence of training. Big danger for people is mental stresses. This is caused by damaged relations among people, excessive workload, bad economic situation, violation of people's right.

We chose for our project negative stress.

Effects of stress

A certain amount of stress is effective, because it motivates and stimulates the body to more effective activities.
However, if the level of stress grows all the time, effective stimulation is changed into exhaustion. A lot of stress cans looked physical or psychical disease. Every man has s different degree of toleration. Some people in their lives have never problems how to manage a lot of stress load while some other people can come to grips with only small changes, then they get anxious, depressed and suffer physically.
The current diseases and disorders may worthew due to stress:

1. Psychical and emotional problems, including depression and an anxiety
2. Asthma
3. Inflammation of mucous membrane in mouth
4. Angina pectoris and other illnesses of heart
5. Ulcers of stomach
6. Ulcerous inflammation of colon
7. Excitable colon
8. Stammering
9. Skin problems, including psoriasis
10.Menstrual disorders

Relaxation tours

Help you to prepare your minafor a better pursuance. Connection with some relaxtion base it enables also physycal burst. Raised feed of oxygen by easy respration helps you to improve action of brain and nerves. That' s why productivity of your organism improves.

Relaxation exercise allows you to:
- eliminate strain, exhaustion and agony
- get feeling of satisfaction, freedom, confidence, joy, energy to overcome some troubles, better fantasy, memory, perceptiveness.

Where to get help

At school teacher helps you, at home ask a close person who you choose.

You have to prepare yourself for relaxation exercises. Find right position, make your body easy and for a moment watch your breath. When you are ready, you are able to know you inner world.

Pup

Close your eyes imagine a small pup. He plays for moments, but then he is tired. He cringes to mum. He closes his eyes and he fetches a deep. He was running and jumping a lot. So now he can't feel his pads. Near his mum, there is so warm and soft. He feels her warmth and fluffy fur. He is dreaming about beautiful dog's things. He hears, how is mum's heart beating. There is so cosily in dog's den. When he has a rest, he jumps, and he is vivid.
